1. Services
 

Mike Mascott provides creative services including but not limited to:
 

• Music production

• Remixes and collaborations

• Audiovisual production (filmmaking, video content)

• Photography

• Creative direction and marketing services
   

All services are subject to agreement, availability and project scope.
 

2. Bookings & Payments
 

• A deposit may be required before starting any project.

• Projects will only begin once payment terms are agreed.

• Final files or deliverables may be withheld until full payment is completed.

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   

3. Revisions
 

• A limited number of revisions may be included depending on the project.

• Additional revisions may incur extra costs.

• Major changes outside the agreed scope may require a new agreement.
   

4. Intellectual Property
 

• All content created remains the property of Mike Mascott unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Upon full payment, usage rights may be granted depending on the project.

• Mike Mascott retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, social media and promotional materials unless agreed otherwise.
   

5. Client Responsibilities
 

Clients agree to:
 

• Provide accurate project information

• Deliver required materials on time

• Communicate clearly and respectfully

• Obtain necessary rights for any content provided
   

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
 

6. Delivery
 

• Delivery timelines will be agreed before starting the project.

• Delays may occur due to revisions, scope changes or unforeseen circumstances.

• Final delivery formats will be specified per project.
   

7. Cancellations
 

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client may be charged for completed work.

• Mike Mascott reserves the right to cancel a project under exceptional circumstances.
   

8. Limitation of Liability
 

Mike Mascott is not liable for:
 

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, data or business opportunities

• Third-party platform issues (Spotify, social media, etc.)
   

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results.
 

9. Third-Party Services
 

Projects may involve third-party tools or platforms (music distributors, social media, hosting, etc.).
We are not responsible for their performance or policies.
 

10. Website Use
 

By using this website, you agree not to:
 

• Use the site for illegal purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access

• Copy or distribute content without permission
